She leads and manages Human Resources, Finance, and complete backend operations, ensuring strong organizational structure, financial discipline, and smooth day-to-day functioning. Her background in technical design and manufacturing processes enables her to bridge operational efficiency with engineering requirements.
With a methodical, people-centric, and process-driven approach, Ms. Kunika plays a critical role in building a resilient internal ecosystem that supports Verolite's growth, quality standards, and long-term vision.
